We offer design works of different parts of a building both separately and as a complete package. We perform design projects as model designs by using special 3D design software.

UTILITY NETOWRKS OF A REGISTERED IMMOVABLE
We design outdoor utility lines and technical communication lines:
- Water supply and sewerage pipelines
- Rainwater systems (incl. drainage)
- District heating pipelines
- Gas pipelines
- Electrical cable lines and street lighting
- Communication cable lines
We also prepare aggregate design documentation for utility networks and coordinate the design solution with relevant authorities and grid operators/p>
BUILDINGS-DESIGN WORKS-VERTICAL DESIGN OF A REGISTERED IMMOVABLE AND ROADS-PLOTS
We design and resolve the vertical design, traffic management and roads within a registered immovable (roads, plots, car parks, streets).
ELECTRICAL HIGH CURRENT, WEAK CURRENT AND AUTOMATIC INSTALLATIONS
We design the electrical high current, weak current and automatic systems in buildings
INDOOR NETWORKS OF WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE SYSTEMS
We design the indoor networks of water supply and sewerage systems of buildings.
ENERGY CALCULATIONS AND ENERGY-PERFORMANCE LABELS
We perform energy calculations and energy modelling for buildings and issue calculation-based energy-performance labels
HEATING, VENTILATION AND COOLING SYSTEMS

We perform design works of constructions and support structures of buildings.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF DESIGN WORKS
When executing projects, we are guided by the client’s objectives. The works include coordination of solutions with relevant authorities and grid operators. An additional quality inspection is carried out for the works.
