Owner supervision

The objective of owner supervision is to ensure the client with the high-quality execution of a construction project in compliance with the signed contract, legal acts, technical norms and standards at optimal cost until the reception of the occupancy permit for the construction work. Our competent team has wide experience in executing owner supervision of administrative and office buildings, commercial spaces, apartment buildings and industrial buildings, as well as environmental and infrastructural sites.

In addition to providing the owner supervision service, we can also help with project management and organising design and construction procurements.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

We have been providing the owner supervision service of construction works of buildings since 2009. We have all the necessary registrations with the MTR for providing the service. Our team consists of certified engineers and construction managers who are qualified on the required professional levels. Significant references have been listed under References.

 

The procedure for executing owner supervision of construction works is established in Order No 80 of the Minister of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure, which entered into force on 2 July 2015.

 

Owner supervision protects and represents the interests of the contracting authority during the construction process. The objective of owner supervision is to ensure the progress of construction works in compliance with the building design documentation, adherence to construction standards, and the construction quality.

Owner supervision means supervision by the owner of a construction work to ensure compliance with the building design documentation, construction standards and quality requirements.

Pursuant to the Building Act, the owner of a construction work shall appoint a person who is authorised to perform owner supervision to act as the performer of owner supervision before building commences. Owner supervision shall be performed from the moment that building work commences on the construction work until the issue of an occupancy permit for the construction work.

 

The objective of owner supervision is to ensure:

That building work is performed according to building design documentation; that technical documentation regarding the building operations is drawn up; the requisite quality of the construction work; compliance of building technology and materials with building design documentation.

We assemble teams according to the requirements of the contracting authority and specific features of the construction work.
